Ten bazillion hours later, on the final day of this month’s Home Hacks theme at Apartment Therapy, I can now share the reason I’ve rarely left the house the last week. I learned stenciling is a lot of fun but it takes a lot of prep time and patience. It also should be done ideally in a space where there is more than one bathroom to access, since I found myself having to use the toilet while standing in the tub a couple of times requiring a sideway potshot, you should also have the number of an emergency plumbing contractor since a water pump could get broken in any moment. Fortunately, I’ve got good aim.
Plumbing systems can develop issues in all sorts of ways, most of which are quite difficult to detect. By the time a plumbing problem does advance far enough to start causing some obvious symptoms, it’s probably already done considerable damage, check with the San Diego Plumber Insights . You obviously don’t want that to happen, so what do you do? You schedule plumbing maintenance, of course! Have a look below to find out more about why plumbing maintenance is so important for the health of your system, and how often you should schedule it.

that is great g, looks like lemondrops on the floor. great work!
Love the color combo with the wall and tub. How did you paint your tub? Is it porcelain?
Stacey: the tub is a clawfoot, freestanding type that had a structure built around it with wood. It was already built when we moved in, but was off-white and discoloured, so I decided to paint it. The interior needs a new coating though, which may be my next major DIY project…
